Father’s Day Dinner
The dads we know want a strong drink, a giant schnitzel, and a table full of food.
This Father’s Day, we’re serving all three.
Start with a Fancy Old Fashioned, built with Delord Bas Armagnac XO and Willett Family Small Batch Rye. It’s the kind of cocktail that makes Dad lean back in his chair and say, “Now that’s good.”
Then there’s our Pork Schnitzel, a TDS classic that is absolutely enormous.
And if Dad likes discovering something new, our current summer features have his name written all over them:
Pork Pie
Lard crust, pork shank, saba gelée
Lamb Summer Sausage
Coriander, mustard, black pepper
Of course, there’s the rest of our housemade charcuterie, rare bottles from the cellar, and bread meant for breaking and sharing around the table.
Just the things Dad actually likes.
